Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Lateness Policy A valid credit card is required to reserve all appointments. Your card will not be charged at the time of booking and is only used in accordance with the policy below. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will incur a 30% fee of the scheduled service. Rescheduling within 24 hours is considered a late cancellation. Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled to respect the time of other clients. In the event an appointment must be rescheduled due to lateness, the 30% late cancellation fee will apply. Emergencies are handled on a case-by-case basis. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments.
